This morning at a 341a hearing, the trustee was so efficient, he completed his examination in less than 45 seconds. Of course he had reviewed the petition prior to the hearing, and these cases presumably had to assets.
There was one debtor whose examination took longer, in my opinion because his attorney had not prepared him for the hearing, and the debtor got tripped up over a question about real property that was his brother’s, but that he had co-signed for, I think they finally got it straightened out, but with a little preparation the debtor would have been fine.
